A Festive Treat for You and Your Furry Friend:
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin spice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- A pinch of cinnamon
Pumpkin Dog Treats
Note: Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new foods to your dog’s diet.
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- For the Smoothie: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- For the Dog Treats: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix all ingredients together until a dough forms. Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
